When I discussed skin tightening, Dr. Jubin suggested that we do a full face Thermage treatment. This is a radio frequency machine that heats the skin and makes it tighter.
When doing this procedure it was recommended to take the comfort medication that Dr. Jubin prescribed. I did find Thermage to be one of the more uncomfortable treatments. I didn't take the comfort medication and was able to tolerate this but would have been so much more comfortable had I chosen to medicate.
I didn't see results from this treatment right away but should see them over the next 6 months.

Most patients return to their regular activities immediately after the treatment. Our preference is to provide our patients with a mild sedative 30-60 minutes prior to the procedure to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment. It is therefore necessary to arrange transportation home after the treatment.
